Jon's entrepreneurial spirit began at a young age, inspired by his father. After graduating from Elon University in May 2022, he discovered the remote cleaning business model.
Following graduation, Jon relocated from Cape Cod to Miami, where he launched his first cleaning business. Achieving immediate success, he scaled to $14,000 in his first operational month and grossed over $32,000 within the initial 45 days.
Later on, Jon partnered with Mark, merging their Miami businesses and co-founded the Drop Service Academy in fall 2023. Their program goes beyond basic business courses; it serves as a roadmap toward the financial freedom Jon and Mark have always envisioned.
DSA fosters a strong sense of community, described by Jon as a brotherhood and sisterhood unlike any other online. The community is united in their pursuit of success, fostering a culture of support and camaraderie.

Mark is a University of Miami graduate who began his career in corporate sales, accumulating valuable experience for a year and a half.
His entrepreneurial drive led him to establish a successful cleaning business in Miami, subsequently expanding to own two remote cleaning enterprises with Jon.
Mark serves as a mentor at Drop Service Academy, providing expert guidance on scaling drop servicing businesses to aspiring entrepreneurs.
Mark is passionate about empowering others to scale their remote cleaning businesses from inception to delegation. His dedication to helping others ensures that each business owner receives the personalized support and tools they need to thrive.

Prior to joining DSA, Parker excelled in marketing and branding for several financial technology startups, mastering clear communication of complex concepts.
In 2023 he discovered the remote cleaning industry and has not looked back since. Scaling his own remote cleaning business to over $40k/month and has now helped over 100 business owners start their journey.
He has a deep passion for working closely alongside business owners and building clear, actionable systems that propel them towards their goals.
